Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have just found out that while my son has been at his father's house for visitation he was being sexually abused by his 16 year old step brother who lives there permanently. The 16 year old has been charged, and is not in residence there currently. However, I feel that my son is no longer safe under the care of his father at all and would like to know if it is possible to make him give up his parental rights. Does this situation warrant him being considered an "unfit parent"?

Probably not. But without getting a lot more information about what you ex husband knew or didn't know, it's hard to determine.
