Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have a friend that needs to file for sole custody of her unborn child. How would she go about doing this? We live in Utah

If the child is unborn then nothing can be officially filed yet, however you can at least start the paperwork. There are also other options as well such as getting the father to sign an agreement that she has custody of the child at birth.
