Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
getting full custody and adoption
I have been raising my daughter by myself for over 8 years now and was wondering how to go about getting full custody of my daughter. Also I remarried about 3 years ago and wanted my new husband to adopt my daughter because this is the only father figure she has. My daughters father rarely pays child support the only reason he does pay is because ORS takes it out of his paychecks and he hasnt tried to be in contact with his daughter in over 5 years. So do I stand a chance at getting full custody of my daughter and will the courts let my husband adopt her?

Re: getting full custody and adoption
This is a slam dunk. I can get you full custody and if your husband wants to adopt her, assure that this occurs - assuming there are no serious skeletons to worry about. Please call for a free consultation.
