ex girlfriend

Ok, so my fiances has had custody of his son since he was 2 months old. His girlfried at the time was with them both up until his son was about 2. She is not the blood mother. But she is fighting for visitation rights. Since she has not seen him for over six months, and my fiance has been with him the entire time do we have somehting to worry about?

The girlfriend may be able to obtain visitation rights. Maybe. It will depend on the facts. Since she has been gone for 6 months it may also be determined she abandoned her rights.
