Giving custody to my parents in event of my death

I have a one year old son and am married to his father who is a soldier and has already been through one activation in Iraq. I am wondering how I would go about giving partial custody of my son to my parents in the even of my death so that if my husband were activated my son would go to my parents and they would have legal rights. My husband agrees to this.

You can see an attorney who can prepare the documents. A simple will can be used.
