Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Hello and good morning, my question is; I am facing a divorce of 22 years, my husband went to see an attorney about what I would be entitled to and what he would have to pay as far as alimony and child support? Most of the marriage I have been a stay at home mom raising kids,caregiver, etc. He owns his own business which is doing very well now for 10+ years. He informed me that because I haven't worked and he is the bread winner, that he would get the house and custody of our 12 year old son. All he would have to do is help me get into an apartment and help me with the rent for up to a year.He has had an emotional affair with his secretary for years, and I have been the one committed to the marriage I feel. This is hard for me to believe, Can you give me some insight please as I haven't been to see an attorney yet. Thank you
