Grandparent rights

What legal rights do grandparents have in the state of Utah. If the father lives out of the state do his parents have rights to have vistation of the child.

Grandparents have legal rights and may sue for formal visitation rights, if the grandparents have a relationship with the grandchildren. You may call for a free consultation.
