Grandparents Rights

After my daughter died, my exhusband and his wife adopted my grandson. He has died, and his wife will not allow me to visit my grandson anymore. What rights do I have?

Re: Grandparents Rights

You may petition the court for Grandparent visitation rights. Utah has a statute that provides in cases similar to yours that grandparents may be entitled to regular visitation. Please call me for a no charge consultation to discuss your situation.
