Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
My Grandson would like to change his last name to the name of the family that raised him. He is now 21 years old. is there a quick and easy way to do this before he gets married?

He will need to do a legal name change in the court. As stated, it is a bit of paperwork and it can take some time to do so the deadline may or may not be able to be met. Any creditors can show up to dispute the change and they need to be given notice.
