I was granted a divorce on May 19, 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah, after 10 years of marriage. How long do I have to pay alimony?
Where can I find the law pertaining to this issue.

Unless your decree specifies something differently, alimony is paid for a period of time equal to the duration of the marriage which, in your case, would be 10 ten years. This is found in Utah Code Annotated, Section 30-3-5(1)(h).
