Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

guardianship

My husband and I are divorced and I have a 2 yr old son. He signed over all right and has nothing to do with my son. What happens if I die before I am married again. Will my son go to his real father or can my parents raise him. Is there some legal form I can fill out so my X will have no claim to my son and my parents can raise him. Will they have to adopt him?
