Guilty untill provine inocent with DCFS

Why does the state requier me and my fiance to go take drug tests when a anonimous caller called and siad that we do drugs in front of our kids the lady came and looked at our home and our children we keep a clean home and our kids are spoiled rottin and obviously happy why isnt that enouph for them why do we have to do the humilliating task of taking a drug test even though we have no prior crimanal charges and are obviously not drug abusers why is the word of anonimous better than ours

DCFS does not institute criminal action, only civil actions. It is authorized to take extra ordinary steps to protect children. If you cooperate with their request, it is more likely that you will satisfy them, and they will close the case. By the way, there is no visual way to tell if someone uses drugs. People from all walks of life use drugs, some drug users live in slums, others in mansions. Requiring the test in not unreasonable to protect a child.
