Half of daycare expense owed

My divorce was signed about to years ago. In the decree it states that my daughters dad has to pay one half of daycare expenses. He has failed to do so. ORS will not collect them because they say i have to have a judgement for an exact dollar amout. How do i get a judgement?

Go back to court and seek a judgment for the amount which he owes. If it is less the $5000 you can do that in small claims court.
