Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

headstones

The father of my children died. I have always had full legal custody of my children. He was not allowed unsupervised visitation. Nor could the kids or I have contact with his family after threats to our life from the father. Now that he's died his mother has put my childrens names on his headstone. What rights do I have to get the're names off?

Re: headstones

You have no rights to remove their names. What difference does it make? The father is dead. It is time to get over your angst.
