my husand and i are seperated, i left him because he had an affair, while i was with him we purchased a truck and a fifth wheel, i took them i am living in the fifth wheel, it is the only way i can live at this time i do not make enough for an apartment, he is now threatening that he is going to come and get them both so he can go to fishlake for 3 days a week all summer, he has a home i dont just this trailer, can he come and take them from me.

You need to file for temporary orders that grant you possession as well as for temporary support (income). If his name is on the property he can take the truck and 5th wheel unless there is a court order. If you have children you can get temporary support for them as well.
