Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My husband has debt in my name and is 100% responsible for it according to our divorce decree. The problem is that none of the debt collectors recognize that and are coming after me because it was purchased with my name and social due to my better credit at the time. How do I get out of it?

If the creditors are coming after you then I'm assuming your ex isn't paying on the debts. If that's the case, you need to take your ex back to court and ask that he be held in contempt and for a judgment for any amounts you've had to pay because of his failure to do so.
