Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My husband and I are getting a divorce and will soon be final. I have children that are not his. I want to take responsibility for their past medical bills. Will they be able to persue payment from him after divorce?

If they're not his children, he has no obligation to pay anything for them, including medical expenses.
