If you were awarded the primary physical custody of you son, you need to give his dad 60 days notice, in writing, of your intended relocation and confirm that you will follow the parent time schedule set forth in Utah Code, Section 30-3-37. If your husband's new employment requires you to relocate before the 60 days, you need to give your son's father as much advance notice as possible.
