My husband left me 4 months ago and left me pregnant...does he have any rights to the child? What are my options?

In any divorce proceedings that are filed, the court will need to address the issues of custody, visitation and child support. At the very least, he will be entitled to visitation but will also be required to pay child support. Call me to set up a free consultation.
