Since you're pregnant, the likelihood of getting an annulment is less but not impossible. The possible problem is that an annulment has the legal effect of bastardizing your child. He will certainly have visitation rights and depending on what you mean by unsafe, his visitation could be supervised.
You can get an annulment if your marriage was based on any deceit or misrepresentation. You can get a divorce at any time. There is no legal difference in the result. Each of you are entitled to all of the property you brought into the marriage, and are both responsible for any debt you acquired during the marriage, although one of you may elect to keep debt and/or assets with the approval of the other. Be very smart about those with whom you associate to keep your child away from unsafe people.
