Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My ex husband married a woman who has been abusive to my kids. There has been no physical evidence so I cannot prosecute her. She does, however, treat them poorly, tells them inappropriate information about my previous marriage, and tells them lies about me to try and cause problems. Can I do anything to prevent her from being there when my kids visit their father?

No, but you can get a restraining order prohibiting your ex from allowing her to do what she's doing.
