Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My soon to be Ex Husband wants to put it in the divorce decree that I am not allowed to have a live in boyfriend or else I forfeit custody of my children. He is LDS and believes that the kids should learn to be married first. I am not LDS... I suggested a 3 month meeting/6 month overnights/one year move in stipulation... He says he will not agree to this. Can he mandate I get married if I want to take my relationships to the next level?

No, he can't. In fact, what you are proposing is more than reasonable and is something the court would probably adopt.
