Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My ex husband has been given a reduced amount of child support for medical insurance premimums. He is no longer providing medical insurance. How do I petition the court to return the child support back to its original amount?

Generally the decree specifies that the reduction is for insurance, and when insurance is no longer provided the deduction automatically expires. If husband will not voluntarily increase this child support you can return to court to get the child support adjustment. You may also be able to ger ORS to do that for you.
