my husband wants written in our divorce agreement that if i ever turn "lesbian" he gains full custody of our children. can he do this? how can i fight this?

Is this really an issue? In response to your question, no, he can't do this and no court would include any such provision in a divorce decree.

Refuse to sign the papers. In which case the matter goes to trial and the judge makes the decision.
