Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

My husband's ex keeps postponing hearings and attempts at mediation. We're very confused how she and her lawyer can continue to do this. How long will the court let her and her lawyer postpone before they force them to mediate or attend a custody hearing?

You may have to file a motion to get a certain date for mediation from the judge. If you need help with custody, have your husband call for a free consultation.
