Hutchinson rules
What is Hutchinson rule? I heard that there are 4 rules that have to be met, but what are they and how can it be used in a custody case?

Statutory custodial information is found at U.C.A. Section 30-3-10 and followin sections. There are other factors which may be considered, usually in context of a formal custody evaluation, which should consider all of the relevant facts applicable to making a custody decision.
