Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

How do I immediately appeal a Recommendation for Temporary Order? I have only two to three business days to respond. I filed an Objection to Motion for the Temporary Order which wasn't addressed at the hearing before the commissioner. My exhusband showed up with an attorney and they are pushing. I have been trying to get papers into Legal Aid. Now, I need more time and want the court to know I do not agree.

You have ten (10) business days from the date of the hearing to file a written objection to the commissioner's recommendation/ruling. It needs to be in writing with the original filed with the court and a copy sent to opposing counsel.
