I was incarcerated in prison when my ex husband took me to court for custody over our two boys.the prison would not transport me to court,and therfor i lost by default,failur to appear.since my release on1/08/08 i have tried to find my ex, he is hideing from me and my family.iam entiteled visitation and communication with my children.my exs family,and anyone else that knows my ex is protecting him also.my oldest daughter found her lil brothers over myspace,contacted them and my ex found out and wiped out the computer,we havnt been able to make contact since.im worried because ther dad is very abusive. i need to find my boys i miss them terribly,what can i do?is ther father breaking the law?help me please

He was required to leave his address with the court that granted him custody, You can file for custody and/or visitation with that court and have him served at the address on record there. If he is hiding and after you make reasonable efforts to find him, you can have him served by publication with the approval of the court. He may be in violation of the visitation orders, which is a crime.
