insurance
in my leagal papers it states that both parents are responsible for health insurance. He has health insurance but I don't. Our son was in the hospital the insurance paid for some of the bill but the rest was sent to me. Am I responsible for the rest of the bill or are we both responsible for the rest of the bill?

The decree should explain who is responsible for non-insurance-covered medical expenses. Ofter the responsibility is 50-50. Without reading the decree there is no way for me to tell what should be done.
