Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Interrogatories

My ex-husband is inundating me with endless interrogatories and production of ducuments request., all related to child custody and shared parenting time.

His actions and relentlessness are squandering what little resoure I presently have available to me and causing me to spend time and money for attornies.

Am I legally obligated to respond each and every time?

How can I get this to stop or at least slow?

Re: Interrogatories

You need to discuss this with your attorney. The Utah Rules of Civil Procedure do limit the number of interrogatories which can be made but there is generally no limit to requests for production of documents. Without knowing more about your case and the procedural aspects of it, I can't really give you much more informaiton.
