We have submitted interrogatories to ex-husabnd requesting all gross income, tax returns, current employers and proof of insurance for himself and his 2 children (health). What happens if we get no response?

Re: interrogatories

You send a "meet and confer" letter asking for reasons that the information was not provided, and stating that if the information or a valid reason is not provided within 10 days that you will file a motion to compel. If nothing is provided, you file the motion to compel asking the judge to order the responses. If no responses to the judges order, you seek an order of contempt.
