Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have joint custody of my son. I am listed as the custodial parent. My ex is moving to another state in June and wants my son to move with him. I do not want him to move. As custodial parent do I have the right to say No to my son moving?

If you are the primary physical custodian, your ex has no right to take your son.
