Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Joint Custody Ex Wife & kids living with boyfriend
My husband has joint legal custody of his 2 children. 50% of time and upbringing. We have been married for 10 years. The children are 13 and 12 yrs old. We recently found out that his Ex-wife has moved herself & the 2 kids in with her boyfriend, against my husbands wishes. Our values, morals, and religion (which the children practice with us)prohibit. The Ex-wife no longer practices our, or any religion. He has told her previously, with other boyfriends, that he does not approve and it is a bad example for the children. He has told her that what she does when the children are NOT with her, is up to her, but when the children are with her, he doesn't want them sleeping over at the boyfriends. Her continued reply is ''whatever''.
Does he have ANY recourse or legal right to put a stop to this?

Go to court and seek a revision of the custody provisions, so that she cannot cohabitate with the boyfriend while she has the children.
