Joint Legal Custody, Help!! She's Moving Out Of State

My ex-wife and I have joint legal custody of our two chilren with her having physical custody. She is moving out of state and I have expressed I don't agree. She has advised me that she is going to move anyway. Is there any thing I can do having joint custody to stop her from taking my chilren?
