Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I have joint physical and legal cutody of my two children 8,3yrs. My ex wife has decided that she doesn't want me to see them anymore and has not been there when I have shown up for my court appointed visitation time. What can I do about this and what are the consequences to her for not allowing me my legal rights to my kids?

Take her back to court to enforce your rights. She can be held in contempt.
