Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

Is there a law the prohibits children leaving with a child molester? if they ain't his children? Am the dad of the baby leaving in a registered sex offenders home who is my wife's Dad.

She is leaving there since we are separated at the time.Is there anything i could do if i didn't want my baby leaving at the house?

You can file in court for custody of the children - and should do so. You can also file a protective order on behalf of your children. You have an obligation to protect your children. You should further notify the Division of Child and Family Services.
