Lawyer Died

My lawyer died half way through my child custody case and I still had alot of money in my trust account that I paid him. How can I get that money back? I live in Utah

If you lawyer didn't have any partners or associates or other office staff who can help you, I would suggest you contact the state bar and they should be able to assist you in recovering any monies belonging to you held in your attorney's trust account.
