Can I leave the state of Utah with my kids before a divorce is final?
I am a stay at home mom to 2 kids and have no family in the state. I have now where to go if we divorce. I would prefer to be able to go be with my out of state family as soon as possible.

You would need temporary orders in your divorce in order to leave the state. You need to file for the divorce and ask for temporary orders. There would be nothing worse that having to bring the children back to the state.
