Legal gaurdianship

My wife and I recently had our first child and as a result have been thinking of his future. We are interested in the process of what it would take to dictate legal guardianship of our children if for some reason my wife and I were no longer able to care for them. What exactly would we need?

A will can direct your guardianship preferences of your children if both of you should die. You may also want to consider creating a trust to provide income for their support. You are welcome to call for a free consultation.
