Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

i live in utah, I am single father of 3 little girls. my ex owes me money so I started up child support to get what she owes. She quit her job so she wouldnt have to pay child support. Can she go to the judge and say she can be a stay at home mom now that I dont work and get the kids from me?

She can say that but it will not get her custody. A custody change only occurs if the children are in imminent danger, or unless there is a custodial evaluation and a court order.
