Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

first I live in Utah my son has sole physical custody an the real mother has has joint legal custody we let her take him for the week over 2 week ago (my son is in jail) (he sign a special power of attorney over to me) she decided to have him for her 2 weeks so we said fine now she is not returning him what can we do? please if can reply fast!

Mother is second in line for custody as long as father is in jail. You have no rights without a court order.
