Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I live in Utah and am wanting to move UNDER 150 miles away from my ex husband. What notice do I need to give him and what all do I need to put in the notice? We have joint physical and legal custody, except I have primary residence and he gets the minimum state visitation.

You must give your ex written notice as soon as possible. Send it by regular and also certified return receipt. His visitation will change to the long distance schedule which gives additional time at holidays and summer, but not every other weekend - or as you both may agree.
