Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I live in utah and my ex is wanting a right of refusal, I live with my parents and work and have my parents watch my son, am i going to have to call him now when I work and my parents can't take care of my child or will this not affect my parents watching my child?

It depends on what your divorce decree says. If it incorporates the applicable statutory provisions relating to the right of first refusal, then you would be obligated to give him the opportunity to watch your son while you're at work, provided your ex isn't working and is available to care for your son.
