Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I live in utah and i have a 3 year old daughter he dad and I never got married, I got pregnant when i was 17 im now 20 attending to college and taking care of her. The dad lives in las vegas and his parents which are the grandparents always want me to send her to vegas for a week or summer or so on. I always say no because i feel like she still too little to go away without me. I always allow them to see her i fly down there sometimes and they see her or they come. Lately the grandma has been telling me how she is going to take me to court and all this stuff because I dont want to send my daughter with them by her self, because they want to go to california over the summer and take her, I still dont feel like she will be fine since shes always been with me. What can they get if they do take me to court? Because i want full custody of my daughter and I dont even trust her dad he is a druggy he is always smoking weed, he hasnt even graduated high school and he is in and out of his parents house because of the drugs, he can berly keep a job. I just wanted to hear an oppinion to see what could happen. Thanks

Grandparents have no rights unless ordered by the court. A court will not order grandparent rights unless there is a close bond. You are not required to do what they demand. You should go to court and get an order of sole legal and physical custody to keep the druggie away from your daughter.
