Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I lived with someone for 10 yrs/ We month supported eachother. Back in 2005 we bought a truck. I put the 1500.00 and made half the payments. He told everyone I bought it. Then in 2007 without me there he traded it for a new one. He was given 1200.00 trade in. Over the years I have made payments but half. Wel we split up and he took the truck. The downpayment was loaned to me by a friend in a cashiers check. (which I paid back) So it is traceable. He regerstired and titled it in his name only. Do i have any recourse in getting any money
