how long does my exwife have to give me daycare receipts. my ex just bombarded me with a years worth of receipts all at once and I didn't even know she was in daycare..

Two weeks after services rendered. If she waited for a year you can object for her failure to timely notify you. A commissioner or judge will determine the number of months to be allowed.
