Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

if I no longer have a divorce attorney, can I contact my former wifes attorney if there is a protective order in place (on both sides). Our divorce has been final for 4 years and Both our boys live with me for the last 2.5 years and I need to get information to her and can not contact her directly.

You may certainly contact your ex wife's attorney. I'm surprised the protective order doesn't allow contact regarding your children. You should consider getting it modified so you can communicate about your children.
