Hello ,

im just wondering if you know the laws in the state of Utah because ,

my Brother is in Iraq and his wife is living in Utah And we found out that she is cheating on him and their married And in the Army, And im just wondering if you know that marred laws in utah .

Can Grandparents keep the baby until he get back ?

their married and have a baby and the wife id using the baby agents use and the father my brother and saying well im keeping her and hes not keeping her because , im going back to Pennsylvania and you will never seethe baby agin. Shes cheating on him and so he only was talking on a email to a girl that he knows and she said hes cheating and

We got stuff on her from her cell phone sending guys FLIRTS , NAKED PICS , MEETING THEM AT THEIR HOUSE AND TAKING THE BABY and sending guy pictures of her and the baby to guys she just met and we want to keep the baby until He gets back from iraq and they get divorced, but we dont know if we can but shes doing all of this so i need help please respond .

If the wife is placing the baby at risk of harm or abuse, any interested party can file for temporary custody. You may want to talk to the Utah Division of Child and Family Services as well.
