Legal Question in Family Law in Utah
I was married here in the US to a girl from Brazil. We were married and had one girl together. We were then divorced and she has sole custody of the child. She is a good mother and the child is well cared for. She is thinking about marriing a Brazilian and moving back to Brazil. I am an active father and don't want to lose the contact with my girl. Is there anything that I can do to keep her from moving with the girl?

Yes, you can file a petition to modify the Decree of Divorce and ask for a change in custody. I offer a free initial consultation if you would like to discuss your case further. Thank you.
