Legal Question in Family Law in Utah

I got married in July and found out that my husband has some real anger issues. First I thought it was just between him and his mother, we live in their basement and my husband and his mother fight all the time. I am scared of him because he looses his temper so easily and I want to get the marriage annulled in Utah.
